Salesforce Sr Developer/lead T2 Job In Virtusa Software Services Private Limited In Bengaluru / Bangalore, Pune

• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
• Salesforce Development including Lightning Components, Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL
• Implementing full life cycle project utilizing Lightning web components/Aura, Apex Web Services, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript, WSDL
• Integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs
• Experience with SAP EAI integration is an asset
• Collaborating with Solutions Architects, Development Manager, Development Team, Business Analysts, and other Agile team members to solve complex policy and system integration involving activities across several Salesforce Orgs
• Create, update and maintain system documentation
• Write process requirements and technical design documents
• Excellent verbal and written English Skills, demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Responsible for continually advancing the technology in a collaborative and creative Agile environment using many of the latest technologies and industry best practices
• Conduct investigations and analysis to provide recommendations regarding technology improvements, development best practices, standardization, and upgrades
• Provide mentoring and development guidance to junior team members
• Work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization
