Location: Bangalore Years of Experience: 5-12 Years Any Project specific Prerequisite :-/ key words: SAP CRM Technical Detailed JDCRM Technical - Support the day to day activities of the client SAP CRM Service team Development and maintenance of External interfaces using WEBSERVICES Config/changes Identifying Notes to support various user requirements CRM SALES and SERVICE processes customizing changes Sap CRM Mobility , overview of DOE, SUP Creation of field mapping between CRM fields and export excel template This position provides professional level support in the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module in data system operations, maintenance and management.
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments - Ability to plan, manage work stream independently facilitate workshops, secure approvals from business, maintain minutes, meet quality process requirements - Should be a team player - Has skills in Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into Business blueprints , system design, functional specifications and system configuration - Excellent Presentation, Communication skills - Ability to interact with the business and conduct business workshops good communication skills
