Our SAP Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading seasoned SAP Service Delivery professionals with hands-on experience The shortlisted candidate should have the ability to analyze technical needs and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans You are required to have skills in the following areas: Service delivery manager to lead a multi-year SAP AMS engagement for a billion-dollar customer Should have experience working with US and European customers, leading customer conversations, and engaging stakeholders He/She Should be a leader, working with the team to achieve common objectives.
ITIL / PMP knowledge is mandatory, and certification is preferred Constant focus on service delivery, customer delight, and SLA adherence Detailed knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, Metrics, and reporting Experience in escalation management, resourcing, team management, Knowledge Management, continuous service improvements, and service delivery Resource should have overall SAP knowledge.
