Infosight Consulting is looking for SAP Project Manager for one of the Challenging and exciting projects Role: SAP Project ManagerLocation: Dubai(Onsite)INFOSIGHT IS LOOKING FOR SAP Project Manager WITH: Purpose of job: Responsible for managing SAP project with status reporting, issue tracking, project coordination with business users, SAP consultants and key stake holders Establishes and manages relationships with business users and bank for setting up DMEE and MT940 integration with SAP To guide SAP consultants when they face integration, business process or technical issues Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:1.

Business Process Testing Develop the SAP integration test scenarios Coordinate with the business users and consultants pre-SIT on schedules and logistic arrangements Post SIT on issues resolution and retesting them Ensures the users completes the test scripts and prompt them for actual business scenarios 2.

Data Migration and Cutover Develop the cutover strategy together with the business users Monitor and prequalify the data load timing during mock run Monitor and report the progress of the actual cutover to decide on the Go or No-Go criteria for system to go live 3.

Support Coordinate with business and consultant on the post go live ticket issues Managing the change with the business users post go live 4 Technical Specialism Able to gauge the man-days required for ABAP development from the FS or TS provided Monitors the batch job requirement and transport changes during the project.

To work with the internal IT team on the file transfer protocol for bank interface 5 Project Management Create Risk Mitigation plans and present the mitigation plan with key stakeholders Provide weekly Project Status reports to key stakeholders, and facilitate project steering committee meetings Communicate with Steering Committee, Key Stakeholders to align business with the project.

To adhere to the committed timeline and to alert key stakeholders prior to timeline deviation with action plans for realignmentLevel Indicator: Level 4 (ensure, advise) Autonomy Works under general direction within clear framework of accountability Exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes Influence Influences business users and peers internally.

SAP Consultants Internal SAP support team Bank representative IT teamExperienceRequirements : Minimum 7 years' experience in SAP implementations with 5 full end to end implementation cycle Be experienced in ASAP methodology Preferably with PMP certified Have strong project management skills Be able to develop and maintain relationships with users and internal team Possess strong abilities in both verbal and written communication in English Strong SAP functional and technical background Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
