You are responsible for
- Should be able to Introduce Agile Practices
- Coach Team members
- Host daily stand-up
- Assist Product owner with product backlogs and also work with Architects and design leads
- Remove Impediments/Roadblocks, act as servant leader in the project
- Should be able to interact and communicate Internal and external stake holders, Keep all parties on track and informed
- Closely work with team and arrange/conduct all the scrum ceremonies like Sprint planning, Retro and reviews
You are a part ofHighly agile and dynamic environment who will be working on cutting edge technologies and projects as a scrum master with great co-ordination and collaboration skills.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Should be having education degree in any Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
- Should have 4 to 7 years experience as Scrum Master
- Good to have any scrum certification Scrum or equivalent
- Should have hands-on experience Test management/Defect management tools like JIRA, TFS, Azure/DevOps etc
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have good collaboration between teams and team player
