- Should work closely with Product Owner to envisage the requirements
- Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments
- Help remove impediments and continue progress
- Coaching the team with Agile values, principles and practices
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum ceremonies, meetings and decision making process
- Managing tasks, issues, risks and action items
- Monitoring progress and performance of projects
- Should be able to manage overall project plan
Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Requirements
- Should be certified Scrum Master
- Agile ways of working
- Strong Stake holder communication
- Knowledge on DevOps Tools and its implementation
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong ITPM Skills
- Any College Degree is acceptable.
