Job description
The person will be responsible for leveraging our PeopleSoft Financials ERP, query records, speak to Client Care Teams, and independently research using corporate applications and the internet to help identify customer relationships You will also work with accounting and finance teams around the globe to identify new customer relationships and to validate existing customer relationships The primary goal is to match individual clients in Peoplesoft to their ultimate parent clients
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Experience in Business requirements definition and planning
Ability to anticipate needs of the end customer with ability to translate those needs into technology solutions.
Good English oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Basic query abilities (SQL experience not required)
Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
Meets deadlines
Proven ability to work independently
