Please find the below detailed job description and the company profile for your better understandingPosition Type: Full timeExperience- 6 to 12 yearsInterview Mode-Virtual (Teams meeting)Work Mode- RemoteShift- 630pm to 330am ISTQualification: Any graduateJob DescriptionAbout the Role:As a software engineer on the SecOps team,you will be responsible for the software engineering task within the SecOps teamYou will use security as code to apply security policies into our CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

You will be instrumental in automating security through tooling that will be made available for other teams to use in a self-service fashion Having the knowledge to use Terraform to automate, deploy, and configure the security in AWS and Azure You will play a key role in finding creative ways to solve complex problems using an automation first mindsetYou will grow, learn, and be challenged by working across many technology stacks that go across build and deployment systems You will have opportunities to pursue the type of work and technologies that interest you, in alignment with our mission and vision.

What will you do

• Integrate security tools within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring appropriate artifacts are created as evidence of good security practices
• Automate security operations, including detection, alerting, and response capabilities
• Kubernetes security auditing, logging, and integrations with SIEM (Security Information and Event Manager)
• Work across the Development, Security, Site Reliability Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to ensure that the DevSecOps tools and processes are integrated early and are providing value
• Participate in periodic meetings, communicate clearly and openly on incremental progress, and inform the team of any help needed on impediments and roadblocks

• AWS Security Services, Azure Security Services, Terraform, Python, Bash, PowerShell, Grafana, Docker, and git

What we Expect:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving software engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience designing, building, and automating secure cloud networks and the infrastructure
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and/or other container technologies
• Develop dashboards for security metrics
• Team player participating in on-call rotations

Bonus Points

• Experience with CSPM technologies
• Experience implementing SOAR technologies
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Familiarity with InfoSec and compliance standards (NIST, ISO, HIPAA/GDPR, etc)
• Relevant Security, Cloud, and DevOps certifications
