Security Operations Engineer Job In Great Learning In India, Bengaluru / Bangalore

• Conduct security assessments and penetration testing for mobile and web applications to identify vulnerabilities and security weaknesses
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and prioritize security requirements and ensure that they are met
• Perform code review and provide feedback to the development team on security best practices and improvements
• Implement and maintain security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners
• Monitor and analyse security logs to detect and respond to security incidents
• Participate in incident response and investigation of security incidents
• Conduct security awareness training for employees and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and vulnerabilities and proactively identify potential risks
• Write code for infrastructure as code, container security, AWS cloud security, and disaster recovery
• Develop and maintain security automation scripts for continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations, such as GDPR and ISO
• Implement and maintain security controls for AWS cloud environments
• Evaluate and recommend security solutions for containerized environments, such as Kubernetes and Docker

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in security operations, with a focus on mobile and web application testing
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, and other industry security frameworks
• Experience with security assessment and testing tools such as BurpSuite, OWASP ZAP, and Metasploit
• Experience with security incident response and forensic analysis
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC are a plus
