• Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets
• Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures
• Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team
• Perform reconciliation on supplier statements
• Resolve internal / external customer queries within TAT
• Perform Quality Check on invoices processed Select Invoices for payment and release as per the standard operating procedures
• Create / Update Vendor Master records based on Standard operation procedures
• MIS Reporting activities
• Must provide Innovative ideas to improve process.
  
  

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 2-4 Year Exp in Accounting /AP Domain
• Good knowledge on accounting principles
• Good written/oral communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player
• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
