Job OverviewAt CPW team we are looking for someone to lead global and regional KPI reporting for us This candidate will work with the analytics reporting lead to create monthly business reports that help stakeholders across the organization track KPIsWe expect the candidate to:- Lead end-to-end reporting process and delivery for the CPW regions and be accountable for all follow up questions related to reporting ambit- Have a good experience in Consumer research with a good Analytical mindset- Possess excellent Stakeholder management skills- Have depth knowledge in POS data, good to have knowledge in HH panel data- Have strong data visualization and representation skills - Have strong Communication skills and be a good Story- tellerSome examples of reports we expect are: - Share Performance Report - Global Suite and Be-spoke regional reports- Global Distribution Report- NPD Tracking report - Price and Promotion ReportJob Responsibilities:90%of Time Operational Responsibilities- Stakeholder management- Share insights proactively & frequently using the pool of data available- Gain expertise in using the tools developed in-house- Conduct logical analyses using the rich pool of data to provide clear verbal and written explanations or key conclusions based on the analyses conducted- Build process efficiencies into reporting procedures as opportunities present themselves to provide swifter deliveries with higher accuracy- Provide the 'story' not just the data- Independent & End to End project management on multiple projects undertaken10%of Time Strategic Responsibilities - Identify reporting process improvement/opportunity areas - Serve as a 'go to' resource in reporting for the Global & Regional teamsEducationMinimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters Preferred Major Area of Study: Marketing / Market ResearchRequired Professional Certifications: Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics/Econometrics, MBAPreferred Professional Certifications: MBAExperienceMinimum years of related experience required: 5-7 years - must have worked on PoS and/or HH Panel data experience with business consulting is desired Preferred years of related experience: 6+ years - must have worked on PoS and/or HH Panel data experience with business consulting is desired.
