You will be working closely with the team leader to support the design and implementation of different DIA MDM projects across the reference, party, location, and product data domainsDISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include

• Learn identified processes and Build-up detailed knowledge of all systems

• Assist the Team Leader in documenting all aspects of the MDM Process

• Report progress and performance made periodically to Team Leader

• Consistent interaction with Team Leader on any business issues.
  
  

• Regular interaction with key stakeholders and project sponsors to understand their needs related to the Master Data Management domain and provide answers to the business

• Make sure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements - productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy

• Perform the following main tasks :
  • Design and Build MDM workflows and processes for Projects and BAU

• • Share information with the business customer community

• • Support translating Business requests to EBX processes

• • Support Client and Broker hierarchy processes
  • Work with Broker and Client heads to get the business requirement.
    
    

• • Support MDM user training

• • Data Quality Monitoring

• • Support business processes for all segments

• • Fixing Data Quality issues in various systems maintained by AXA XL

You will report to Team Lead.

SHARE your talentWe're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:

• University Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in data analysis/data initiatives, preferably in insurance

• Robust experience in MDM Design & Development

• Good knowledge of the MDM implementation process

• Hands-on expertise with the EBX MDM tool is a plus

• Robust problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis.
  
  

• Robust analytical and time management skills

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Detail oriented, able to analyze and identify discrepancies

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of MS - Office, and SQL.
