Technical competence in detailed highways geometry design using MX Road/Civil 3D/Open Road Designer and able to independently deliver work and integrate with larger project team Clear knowledge of work procedures, and ability to brief project team on them and responsible for completion of projects to time and cost Assists in the leadership of functional teams or projects Communicating with counterpart in lead office/Client and Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams on project delivery Able to realistically estimate pricing associated with projects within their area of expertise.
