Job OverView: Responsible for the complete direction and supervision of the Base and is responsible to represent the policies governing this function In absence of base headResponsibilities and Duties a Ensuring cabin operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of IndiGo b.

Execute decisions taken that affect the safety and/or security of cabin operations c Additionally he/she would be responsible to conduct duties as mentioned in SMS Manual d Compose weekly/monthly In-flight bulletins based on over all feedback from all the crew.

e Coordinate passenger complaints, queries and suggestions pertaining to In-flight services f Coordination of stationery, equipment's, etc at the bases.

g Check the grooming of the cabin crew before and after the flights h Attends crew briefing and ensures that all crew are found satisfactory safety wise to operate the flight i Attends de-briefing to understand the problems faced by the operating crew and forwards the same to the Base Head for further action, if required.

j Ensure OTP of cabin crew at airport & aircraft k Maintain trackers for MIS (Grooming/Performance/etc) l Ensure Flight Reports are filled by cabin crew within 24 hrs.

m Manage Transit Checks n To ensure all operating manuals are updated to meet regulatory compliance set forth by DGCA o Be aware of and comply with his / her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, Para5.
