Senior Executive Job In Exl It Service Management In Chennai, India

• Must be CPC/ CCS certified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in E&M/ Denial coding
• Must have thorough knowledge in Modifiers, CMS guidelines and Denial concepts in Coding
• Must be good with MS Office, specially Excel and PPT
• Must be flexible with shift timing and willing to provide additional support based onprocess requirement
• Must have Strong Communication Skills.
  
  
• Active CPC/CCS Codinglicensewithout apprentice

• Any bachelor's degree
• Any science graduate is preferable
• Active CPC/CCS Coding license without apprentice

• E&M, Denial coding experience is mandatory
• Good Knowledge of Major, Minor surgeries and Surgical guidelines

• Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills

• 40 hours per week as Full-time employee
• Shift time: 800 AM TO 5.

• Weekends Off

• High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband
• Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy

• Thorough clinical knowledge on CMS guidelines, E&M coding, Denial concepts, analyzing medical records and on Modifiers
• Strong personal and professional ethics
• Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
• Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements
• Working within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stages of work from stakeholders
• Maintenance and updating reports as required
• Must ensure meeting productivity and quality targets
• Must ensure availability for meeting/calls as required
• Work independently and as a team
• Liaison with the program/project manager as required
• Good team player & collaborative in approach
• Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company
• Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs
