Your Role and Responsibilities

• Specializes in installing, maintaining, and upgrading internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing products
• Controls user access and passwords Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system
• Monitors usage and performance
• This role requires excellent technical knowledge of Enterprise Storage Technologies and Industry Standards, and the ideal candidate should have a passion for solving complex technical problems, an innate ability to evaluate and judge under high pressure and excellent customer skills.
  
  
• This role also cultivates rich relationships across the organization to help achieve both team and business goals
• This role will cover the US time zone

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Candidate should have minimum 6 to 8 years of experience to manage Hitachi Storage Administration along with Brocade SAN Switch administration
• Addon knowledge with Cisco Switches and IBM Cloud Storage will be added benefit
• Need to have good communication skill.
  
  
• LBG Hardware Currency Upgrades: Under the Ventus contract Kyndryl have an obligation to manage capacity on the LBG private cloud
• As part of that obligation, in 2023 below
• we need to expand the private cloud to accommodate BAU and RFS growth (increasing RU Revenue
• Upgrade VMware components within the private cloud which are going out of support in 2023 (VRA, VRO and NSX)
• Impact of not doing these upgrades would be a contractual breach and a critical Bank platform out of extended support which would be a regulatory reportable event.
  
  
• This request is for Storage resource to deliver the project India CIC Band 7-8

• Hitachi Storage and IBM / Powermax Block storage
