Follow up on the results and participation Performance Management: Actively involved in KRA & KPI setting processes Ensure Appraisal Cycles are completed on time, review ratings and address concerns (Quarterly / Annual) Employee Engagement & Motivation: Initiate and promote engaging programs that will provide avenue foster partnership between Management and employees Conduct Retention Interviews and exit Interviews.

Plan and implement Reward & Recognition program Drive communication & fun activities on the floor to ensure employee motivation Conceptualizing and implementation of various employee engagement activities, planning entire calendar for the events, spear heading the employee engagement activities such as fun events, games, sports and competitions Compensation & Benefits: Compensation & Benefit Bench marking Review, Designing and Implementation of compensation structure HR Budgeting: Prepares HR-Budget on the basis of past year trends and future forecasts.
