• About this role:Wells Fargo Technology (WFT) is hiring a Autosys Engineer to support the Technology Scheduling Product teams The engineer fulfills a key role within Technology Infrastructure (TI), driving the maturity and autonomy of our Technology Scheduling Product support teams as well as partnering with the Product Engineering Team to ensure alignment with Technology and Enterprise transformational initiatives and best practicesThe Technology Scheduling Product team is responsible for all job scheduling / workload automation in Wells Fargo technology across mainframe, cloud, and open systems platforms Technology Scheduling plays a critical role within Wells Fargo Technology by automating routine tasks and application workflows to ensure the successful delivery of service levelsTechnology Scheduling is undergoing a transformation to support the firm's strategic initiatives.
  
  This includes supporting the firms cloud strategy, self-service automation, and Agile / product transformationIn this role, you will:Run the Autosys production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system healthBuild solutions to manage scheduling platform infrastructure and applicationsImprove reliability, quality and time-to-market of our scheduling servicesMeasure and optimize system performance, with an eye towards pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improveProvide primary operational support and engineering for large distributed software applicationsPartner with engineering teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release proceduresCreate sustainable systems and services through automation and upliftsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience in one or more Job scheduling tools is preferred: AutosysAbility to configure REST API endpoints for different types of integrations with Autosys3+ years of recent systems engineering, software engineering, site reliability, or dev-ops experience in a medium to large scale production Linux or other UNIX environment3+ years' experience in industry standard CI/CD tools like Git/BitBucket/GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Ansible, and Chef Experience designing and implementing an effective and efficient CI/CD flow3+ years' experience in developing innovative process automation and customer self-service3+ years' experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Python, Go, Perl, Shell.
  
  Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and driveKnowledge of Agile principles and practices, and experience of working in Agile frameworkExperience with analyzing and troubleshooting system
