Job Summary:

• Identifying, improving, and developing technology solutions that drive our strategic goals
• The candidate will possess strong hands-on technical, data systems and business analysis
• Working at the intersection of business and technology, with good understanding of business processes and system analysis
• Working directly with the product managers of the product, as well as other technical leads
• Should have thorough understanding of user requirements for data manipulation, processing and automation
• Proficiency in business applications, data usage, and management
• Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating
• Candidate should possess strong technical ability in business application/product development in combined with analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Agile development SDLC experience in systems and application design
• Hands on experience in working inn large product environments with multiple technology environments
• Ability to work in close collaboration with our business analysts and business stakeholders and technical leads in the team.
  
  
• Proficient in testing and debugging work related to the implementation, enhancement of product features, and third-party external integrations
• Support technical requirement gathering, develop prototypes/PoCs/Technical specifications
• Produce documentation of the business requirements and processes
• Clearly define feature requirements using appropriate documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, etc)
• Provide testing scenarios to ensure the correctness of the solution
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Technical Requirements:

• Ability read and understand C# or similar code
• Ability to read and write basic SQL statements
• Ability to understand and read XML and JSON data structures
• Familiarity with basic architecture patterns
• Ability to create data and process flow diagrams
• Ability to model basic data structures

Qualification & Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or IT (or equivalent) or business administration or applicable work experience
• Candidate must have 5-10 years of IT experience, with 4+ years of solid Technical / Systems Analysis
• Proven experience in implementation of software solutions

• Facilitates effective cross functional and cross cultural team interaction
• Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions
• Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential
• Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members
