Role Summary:Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and the broader HR organization to enhance global compensation strategies to improve internal equity, market competitiveness, and the overall impact on the business A successful candidate has strong leadership skills with excellent communication, strategic thinking and data analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills What you will do
Provide consultation and analytical support to HRBPs and the business on retention strategies, incentive plans, spot awards, and various project/milestone bonus programs as neededLead internal/external market analysis including assessment of surveys to develop pay ranges, updating and aligning strategies as neededParticipate in global compensation surveys and ensure competitive pay practices are maintained.
Partner with Compensation team in process management of global merit, bonus and equity cycles including budget modelling, systems updates/changes, training, reporting and support of approval process Work closely with HR Analytics to develop dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurementLead the development and delivery of training/communications on a variety of compensation programs, including global job families and levels, salary planning, and bonus/incentive plansProvide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offersUtilize the various tools that support global compensation programs and initiatives, and work with HR systems team to align systems with compensation needs in support of the technology roadmap.
Support the HR integration process for acquisitions & new business deals, including job mapping, incentive plan alignment, and other compensation-related policies and practices as needed What you will bring10+ years relevant compensation experienceStrong analytical, project management and process management skillsAbility to manage multiple high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlinesExcellent organizational and follow up skills with a strong attention to detailExtensive knowledge of compensation best practicesAbility to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive mannerStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsExperience with SuccessFactors, CompXL or Survey management tools (Pay Factors) a plusA demonstrated ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, improve operations, and maintain positive and productive relationships while delivering resultsStrong leadership skills, including the ability to consider multiple audiences, bring people along and drive change throughout the organizationAdvanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
