Roles & Responsibilities: 1Plan and prepare the communication related to employee Engagement and experience surveys for all affiliates of ALJ 2Launch Engagement and employee experience surveys for all affiliates of ALJ 3Collect and analyse engagement & experience feedback data and present key results to management 4.
Collaborate with HR leaders and business leaders and share engagement results and providing recommendation for action plans 5Coordinate and monitor the engagement action plan implementation across different affiliates of ALJ 6Provide support in planning, execution, and completion of employee engagement initiatives 7.
Act as SME for Associate Engagement matter to HR and business leaders of affiliates of ALJ 8Act as advocate and centre of excellence member for all Associate Engagement practices at ALJ 9Provide support in designing of courses and communication material to enhance employee engagement and continuously track.
10Support in preparing key presentation to the management Attitude, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: 1Humble but confident, Lifelong learner, Learning attitude, client firs attitude, persistent, hard worker, consultative mindset, solution-focused mindset, collaborative and team worker 2.
Behaviours in line with organisation principles3In depth knowledge of employee engagement and different engagement methodologies, especially Gallup's engagement methodology 4Excellent knowledge of different data analytical techniques 5.
Fair knowledge of different HR functions such as talent acquisition and onboarding, talent development, learning & development, performance management, etc 6Basic knowledge of project management and change management 7Fair experience of leading HR related initiatives.
8Proven experience of either leading or working in employee engagement sphere for at least 3-4 years 9Excellent survey designing skills 10Excellent data analytical and presentation skills 11.
Excellent tracking, monitoring and execution skills 12Very good stakeholder management and project management skills 13Great communication skills 14Spoken and written Arabic language skills in an advantage Education & Working Experience: 1.
Preferable :At least, Bachelors in organization psychology, or HR, or data analytics, or any other bachelor's degree with required knowledge, skills and abilities 2Experience : at least 8-10 years of overall experience with at least 3-4 years in team leadership roles 3At least 3-4 years of experience in employee engagement & experience.
