- Responsible for all the activities related to Order to Cash domain including order management and fulfilment, credit management, pricing, claims, and collections
- Key emphasis on Cash matching, AR Reconciliation Resolving unapplied cash
- Handle order management and order fulfilment operations with a customer first mindset
- Handle Order to Cash related to collections and dispute management, implement & adhere to strategy
- Experience of balancing new transitions, phasing from strategic assessment till operations set up with zero surprise delivery
- Interaction with end customers via Calls and Emails for collecting pass due amounts
- Meeting collections numbers/targets (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly)
- Customer and Country/Regional FD Relationship Management through e-mail and conference calls
- Participate in governance meetings at country / region level Closely work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members properly to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)
- Timely and effective communication with internal departments (like sales, Operations, Credit teams) for issue resolution

- Graduate-BCom
- Good Interpersonal Skills -verbal and written
- SAP knowledge
- Flexibility to work in any shift
- Excellent command over Excel and Reconciliation of Receipts.
Preferred qualifications
- Exposure to Medical industry is preferred / Customer service skills/Customer Passion/Delight
- Good customer handling skills
- Proficient in English
