Aimtrex Technologies Private Limited is a 16 year old ISO 9001:2015 Indian Defence Company undertaking projects across India for Military & Police Forces We are looking for educated, committed, ethical, and self-motivated employees who are an asset to their company and interested in contributing to Nation Building by working in the Indian Defence industry SENIOR MANAGER - PROJECTS Job RequirementsEducation: BTECH (CIVIL), Project Management from NICMAR, PMP Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction and erection of plants in India & Middle East Skills: Strong Computer skills & ENGLISH language.

Min Age: 40 years or higher Responsibilities: - Report to MD/CEO with the project progress requirement - Preparations of schedules and its approval from client and regular reporting to management Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tracking - Handle projects all over India.

Coordination with site team, architects, procurement team, consultants, vendor and contractors and liaoning with govt authorities - sub-contractor billing, client billing and calculation of master quantity, procurement, audit and planning of the different projects - Experience of project management software Primavera/MS Project/ZOHO Advanced Excel and Auto Cad.

- Preparation of final invoice certification of the project including underground services Civil & MEP works - Procurement planning, tracing of quantity of material, issuance of material and coordination with store, consultants, sub-contractors and local authority - Co-ordination with client, subcontractor, site engineers and site worker, etc CTC: Rs.

100,000 - 150,000 per month based on candidates profile, experience, and past performance
