Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for owning retention of user cohorts, minimizing churn and improving LTV The core ownerships areas will be:

• Strategy: Work with team to determine a clear strategy for user Retention and lifecycle management
• Creative + Messaging: Work with creative team to design the messaging, content and creative angle for the engagement and revenue boosting campaigns
• Lifecycle Management: Work with teams to determine user lifecycle and take concrete steps for plugging the gaps - own Activation, Retention, Revenue and Referrals
• Execution: Should be hands-on in setting up campaigns and experiments, landing pages, emails etc
• Monitoring on campaign impact: Daily monitoring and optimizing of the campaigns - win an inch everyday attitude
• Data obsession: Review the data daily to determine next course of action
• Scale: Build for scale
