Job CategoryFinance and OperationsJob DetailsSeeking an experienced Sr Manager Work Place Services to hit the ground running with an amazing team based out in our Centre of Excellence campus in Hyderabad The key focus of the role would be to lead and supervise the Workplace Services including office services, employee food & beverage and transportation programs, guest services administration and on-site/campus events This position is also responsible for handling the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services portfolio for the Salesforce Hyderabad officesThe position will report directly to the Director, Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) India.

Your Impact:This position will be responsible for leading, improvising and innovating the delivery of the WPS Program for the Hyderabad campus in partnership with our outsourced service providers This position will be responsible for managing the various business stakeholders in HYD, tracking feedback from employee satisfaction surveys, collaborate on innovative solutions and processes with REWS India and global peers to standardize and improvise WPS delivery modelhe/she will be responsible for creating a safe, secure, and high-performing workplace resulting in the best employee, customer and visitor experience in HYDResponsibilities:

• Direct, plan, organize and control all aspects of office operations and workplace services of a highly effective, reliable, and efficient building and grounds, ensuring the facilities are well-maintained Daily/weekly inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of premises.
  
  
• Lead, coordinate and manage all day to day operations of Soft Services, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services with integrity and ensure excellent facilities operations onsite
• Work closely with the REWS Space Planner to manage office allocations, track office utilizations and implement new measures as needed to support Business Operations
• Be the SPOC for day to day escalations of Soft Services, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services, Repairs & Maintenances, HVAC, Janitorial etc
• Deliver a high level of employee experience in F&B, transportation and office services
• Coordinate with IFM partner on preventive maintenance schedules for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services and ensure compliance with maintenance plans
• Lead the REWS HYD team to develop, monitor and manage the OPEX & CAPEX and expense management initiatives pertaining to Workplace Service Program Management
• Monitor the KPI & SLAs of all vendor partners on a monthly basis and ensure its ground level adherence
• To plan, develop and undertake continuous improvement processes to achieve cost optimization in service delivery.
  
  
• Responsible for the preparation of the budget for all IFM services and analyze expenses & budgetary control
• Oversee the REWS ticketing system efficiently and effectively
• Vendor Management and Billing to ensure delivery of services on time and within budget
• Manage all facility related vendors, negotiate contracts for facilities products and services, issue requests for proposals (RFPs) as necessary and selects vendors in coordination with Sourcing and Finance teams
• Ensure the critical MEP infrastructure is operated and maintained to the highest standards as stipulated by the OEM guidelines and standards
• Liaison with the Building management/TechPark property management team
• Drive, develop and execute system for regular cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities, continuous process improvements and industry benchmarking
• Drive sustainability initiatives and conduct scheduled internal audits/health checks on Soft services and MEP services for the site
• Provide crisis management support and its mitigation plans as and when required
• Coordinate and partner with internal functions like Finance, Legal, Compliance, Security Ops, Procurement, Health & Safety, BU's to create a safe and secured workplace for our employees

Basic Requirements:

• 14+ years' experience in Workplace Services/Facilities Management
• Ability to think out of the box and bring innovative ideas and solutions to team discussions
• Prior experience or exposure to multiple activities such as workplace programs, budget, relocations, projects and workplace services will be an added advantage
• Possess a requisite amount of knowledge and experience of operating in a global environment, engage in cross-border learning opportunities and good people management skills
• Note:Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  
  Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (eg extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc)

Preferred Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Certification in Facilities Management credentials will be an added advantage
• Ability to build internal networks and work cross-functional
• Prior experience in managing MEP equipment for corporates with 8000+ employee count
• Ability to write reports, develop presentations
• Good site coordination skills across multiple vendors
• Ability to adhere to Salesforce standards of integrity and work practices.
