• Manage plans, provide and gather specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering Commissioning remote support role for large facility projects
• Review design criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other documentation pertinent to commissioning
• Provide reports with review findings
• Identify and assemble required documentation, drawings, and data from clients, vendors, and contractors
• Develop site-specific commissioning plans.
  
  
• Develop and/or review factory witness test procedures for major equipment
• Review completed commissioning documents and review state of completion and summarize missing and incomplete results
• Develop pre-functional construction checklists for various building Mechanical systems including air handlers, humidifier, VAVs, VRFs, unit heaters, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers economizer, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire suppression systems
• Develop functional tests for various building Mechanical systems including air and water side cooling systems and environmental controls
• Support writing comprehensive final commissioning report.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military or industrial training with 10years of experience' in mechanical/controls engineering, energy services, plant operations, or related field or Construction Management
• Previous Data Center/Mission critical experience
• Experience in the commissioning or maintaining of mechanical and mechanical systems
• Experience with working with general contractors and excellent skills in communicating expectations
• Knowledgeable in major regulations, industry codes and standards as well as basic construction materials, means and methods.
