Prepare Project planning in PRIMAVERA with Baseline Scheduling, Monitoring & Critical Activity Analysis, Resource Management, ' S ' curves, Bar Charts, etc Evaluate the performance of project execution & review the progress of work against the planned / baseline schedules Monitor & Analyze deviation, and delay & prepare a Recovery plan (if required) to meet the Milestones To develop & Circulate to Engineering, Purchase & Construction department's weekly/Monthly Schedule & Updates & expedite the target of different Projects Coordinate& Communicate with Different vendors for Material procurement ensuring swift delivery.
