Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm 2 Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the organization, adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support to customers 3 Coordinates closely with the internal sales team and engineering team in designing and delivering solutions based on recognizing customer needs.

4 Creating detailed plans for the project timeline, expense estimates, and project specifications, such as materials needed etc 5 Manage and lead our customers through the process, providing answers to all of their technical questions, serving as level one support 6.

Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards 7 Providing information about products to potential clients 8 Adhering to timelines to provide feedback to customers 9.

Education: Master's Degree or bachelor's degree in Engineering, computer science, related field or equivalent 2 Experience: 3-6 years of experience in a similar position 3 Age: Minimum 27 years to 35 years.

4 Knowledge of IT Hardware product line Specially Server & Workstations and technologies 5 Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer 6.

Possess broad overall industry experience and technical knowledge as well as subject -matter expertise 7 Excellent communication and presentation skills 8 Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills 9.
