Job DescriptionSenior Product Manager / Associate Director (Digital Products) New Product InitiativesAbout IndiGo: IndiGo is India's largest passenger airline with a market share of 557% as of Nov 2022 We primarily operate in India's domestic air travel market as a low-cost carrier with focus on our three pillars - offering low fares, being on-time and delivering a courteous and hassle-free experience Since our inception in August 2006, we have grown from a carrier with one plane to a fleet of 300 aircraft today covering 100+ destinations We are now embarking on a new Digital journey and are looking for dynamic personalities with an entrepreneurial mindset who would love to try and build new things from scratch and are passionate about solving real world customer problems with an attitude to not rest till the job is done.
The desired candidate shall be a key contributor to the new digital business growth charter developed under IndiGo Digital departmentAbout the role: IndiGo is seeking a talented Product Manager to research and launch new features, interventions and product and platform innovations to drive higher market share and new revenues to the businessWhat are you expected to bring to the team:Your appreciable know-how of technology that goes behind the product, high level of understanding of the impact of technology on the product roadmap Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problemsMindset that will constantly think about Return on investment, business and revenueAbility to work in cross-functional environments including working closely with sales, marketing, revenue management, in-flight services, code share & partnerships, customer support and engineering teams.
Your ability with strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder managementYour responsibilities:Conceptualize and build new products & features which are accurate, scalable and impactfulYou'll ambitiously think and define product vision and strategyYou'll own your incubated product releases by collaborating with technology, design and QA teamsYou'll define & own product KPIs for your product.
You'll build strong product insights through consistent customer engagement and market research and contribute to product vision You'll evaluate market competition and position the product line to appeal to the userYou'll constantly analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experienceQualification and Experience:Engineers or Management graduates from reputed institute with 2 to 8 years of experience in product management role for a consumer facing, technology enabled business/productKey Success factors for the role:Mindset that will constantly think about Growth, Return on Investment, business, and revenue.
