Senior Product Manager Consumer Experience Job In Uber In India, Bengaluru / Bangalore

About the RoleIn this role as the CX Platform PM, you will own core components of the Uber Rider experience, and partner with teams across the company to ensure our users can seamlessly and intuitively use Uber You help unify our diverse ecosystem of offerings into a unified, understandable experience for customers Your work will range from launching consumer-facing tools, supporting new vertical launches, helping educate customers about our app functionality, and building out personalization and infrastructure to ensure our customer experience is always magical this PM role works at the heart of our Rider experienceYou will help define the user experience for some of the most critical interfaces in the Rider app, support the development of advanced targeting and personalization systems, and ultimately increase the ways Uber supports customers around the world with their mobility and delivery needs as they adopt more of our services Furthermore, you will be responsible for assimilating the business goals of a variety of stakeholders, cities, and teams - combining them with the needs of our consumers - to create a delightful and effective in-app experience.

You will work with partners in design, research, and data science teams - and across product teams within the company - in order to understand customer needs You will then design holistic solutions to address them As a result, your work will touch millions of riders a day, including the experiences of your friends and familyWhat the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

• Own the end-to-end core experience, from its infrastructural capabilities all the way to the front end experience, creating and leading execution on an exciting roadmap to materially shape the way tens of millions of people interact with the Uber apps (including shared experiences across both the Rides & Eats apps)
• Partner with design, research, data science, engineering, operations, and other PM stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points, and then design holistic solutions to address them
• Work with product teams around the company to understand their use cases and integrate them appropriately in the Rider app.

• Minimum of 5 years of delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them You're deeply proud of what you've accomplished
• A passion for user experience and design - you can both guide design priorities for the team, and have an excellent sense of experience principles
• Strong capacity to communicate ideas, storytell, and interface with stakeholders
• You have a 'camera-like' product skillset, meaning you can zoom out to help set a broader vision, but also zoom in to every little detail of your product area.

• Background in design, computer science, psychology, statistics, startups, or any other relevant field that will allow you to bring meaningful or diverse insights to the table
• Rigorous data and experimentation experience - you can get the data you need and can whip it into an insightful story with no help You have experience designing meaningful, rigorous multivariate tests and experiments that will help you set product direction
• Consumer-facing product experience, and an understanding of what it takes to ship globally
• Platform experience: you can take a laundry list of use cases and connect the dots to develop holistic, scalable solutions with internal partners.
