BASIC FUNCTIONSA Senior Software engineer serves as mid-level technical professionals in the Service Excellence organization He/she performs a defined scope of work in a particular work area This position requires that the individual:Performs analysis, design, and implementation of support tools used in the supportcchcom site Proficient with Microsoft C#/.

NET/Net Core/SQL Server technology stack Experience in Azure Cloud technologies Experience and expertise with HTML5, CSS3, ASPNET and the development of high performing, SOAP and REST services Experience with MSSQL and/or Oracle database Design, build, test high quality complex modules as well as their unit test harnessesExperience with, but not reliance on, modern JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Angular, etc.

) Experience with creating and consuming JSON In-depth experience with various modern UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, or equivalents) Diagnose and resolve complex issues Work closely with the QA engineers in the team Maintains existing customer facing and back-end applications used by the SVE organization Follows standard operating procedures such as build and deployments Contribute technical documentation for any work performed Perform analysis of tools and products that the organization might consider Collaborate with the Pune team and any consulting vendors Troubleshoots JIRA issues assigned to him Escalates issues with other teams (eg SAP, GBS, etc) Follows up on issues delegated to other teams Balance his time between app support, team projects, and working in a matrix environment Covers for other team members during PTO, etc.

• Manages medium to large technical project/process efforts with expanded scope organization, process flowing, task completion
• Serve as SME resource for team members/peers in areas of technical expertise
• Mentors/Coaches team members/peers
• Responsible for Intra- and inter-departmental coordination to ensure completion of assigned tasks
• Ability to drive departmental results
• Ability to compile and analyze data from different sources
• Communicate across, up and down the organization
• Seeks regular feedback from internal and external customers and peers on strategy, process and system improvements to develop pro-active solutions to problems
• Ability to make technical and process decisions on project activities by factoring in varied viewpoints and impacts for optimal recommendations/results for the overall organization
• Anticipates and removes roadblocks and escalates as appropriate
• Receives and responds to roadblock and issues resolutions from other team members
• Uses good judgement to make sound decisions in identifying, resolving & escalating issues when necessary

• Research and remediate reported defect and enhancement requests as reported by internal and external customers
• Oversee and conduct product or system testing & review as required
• Oversee development of test scripts to ensure holistic end to end testing is conducted
• Secure and keep confidential product and customer data
• Promotes/sells additional services & products by recognizing opportunities to up-sell, explain new features and product information, if functionally applicable
• Participate in projects as well as process improvement initiatives

• Over 6 years architecting and engineering IT solutions
