DESCRIPTIONAs a Sr Program Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders including Fulfilment Centers, Sort Centers, Network Design, Speed, S&OP and Last Mile operations team You would also collaborate with external stakeholders such as carriers (airlines) We are looking for individuals with proven ability to drive process improvements & ability to keep pace with our explosive growth The individual should have a can-do attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with limited guidance.
Your role will involve managing operational metrics, lead continuous improvement process and cost initiatives, manage carrier communications in the area of ownership and plan for any changes in networkKey job responsibilities1 Manage daily/weekly air haul schedule and associated systems2 Support IN Air network planning, carrier allocations, network expansion and peak scale up of capacities3 Management and liaising with carriers4.
Tracking existing metrics to detect & remove any defects5 Continuous improvement management as well as development of SOPs6 Support initiatives on network speed and reliability for Air network7 Manage AH WBR for IN ATS and external stakeholders across geographiesBasic qualifications1 5+ years of experience in operations/program/strategy/project management2.
Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements3 BE/ BTech Engineering/MBA from a reputed university, Operations or related field 4 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, excel, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills 5.
Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment6 Ability to manage critical workload with a positive, flexible professional attitudeBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
