Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend are looking for Senior Project Manager to join our award-winning, for Delhi cost centre, growing project management team working within Turner & Townsend's teamThere are long term secured frameworks with national and regional organisations within the following sectors - warehousing/ Industrial/ Green field / fit out projectsThe right candidate will have the opportunity to progress within our business and receive a competitive salary There will also be the opportunity to support internal business initiatives and development, in order to offer our people an all-round exposure to the business The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experienceRole within the ProjectWill be responsible for managing the progress monitoring of large scale mix use developments.

To act as the key representative at site, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of value added servicesResponsibilities:

• Handle commissions of varying s, depending upon the complexity of the project
• Understanding & precise knowledge of all aspects of construction related to civil, structural and fit-out discipline
• Good knowledge of MSP
• Monitor an efficient system, record and timely inform client all delays in the project along with remedial measures
• Preparation of monthly & Weekly progress report
• Preparation of schedule/timelines of project.
  
  
• Study of Drawings and design in detail and provide constructability related inputs before start of execution
• Have managed the projects from inception till closeout
• Have to lead a big team of more than 10 technical staff

• Education - BE/B.
  
  Tech (Civil)
• Candidate should have relevant experience of working preferably for a construction base build projects , having a graduate degree with excellent technical and communication skills
• 15+ years work experience with demonstrated career growth graph
