Senior ServiceNow Developer Roles and Responsibilities ' Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interface with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs ' Configuration of ServiceNow system including creating workflows, UI design, ACL and business rules ' Should be strong (functional and technical) with all core modules of ServiceNow IM, PM, CM, ITAM, ITBM, CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration ' Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system ' Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs ' Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications ' Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly ' Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes ' Table level expertise to carryout impact analysis for incorporating changes to existing functionalities ' System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP ' Participate in the research, analysis, and development of new applications and new modules in IT Service Management or other modules of ServiceNow ' Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders ' Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems ' Create and maintain integrations with other internal and external systems and solutions ' Implement and maintain automated workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration ' Provide time estimates for assigned work packages to support sprint and project plans ' Complete the deployment of solutions, patches and upgrades across sub-production environments ' Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow ' Provides support for loading, manipulation and maintenance of data between ServiceNow and other system; provides analysis on system performance issues and determines performance enhancements ' Assist in projects/investigations as assigned; gather requirements for projects from stakeholders; assist with data quality management solution implementation & testing Must have skills: ' 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience ' University or College Degree in Computer Science or a related field ' In-depth technical understanding in a variety of hardware and software platforms ' Experience on applications with multiple functions ' Experience in IT development, support and implementation roles; knowledge of ITSM processes ' Experience in Service Portal development that provides an alternative user experience to the standard platform interface.
