- Requirements Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Indepth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, MS Excel Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM Customer Relationship Management software, such as salesforce, may be required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Decisionmaking skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
SOFT SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written
- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment
- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner
- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars eg.
