Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities
- Experience in a hands-on ab initio application support
- Experienced in Problem and Incident Management while working in an ITIL environment
- Experience with supporting multi-tier infrastructures along with Hadoop functionality
- Knowledge and previous work experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Desirable: previous experience with RDBMS
Contributing Responsibilities
- Understand and remain fully aware of the business processes automated on the production platform
- Participate to Resiliency events (Disaster Recovery, Sustained Resiliency, etc.
) to ensure Business Continuity objectives were met - Maintains effective relationships with core and extended program team members, peers, senior stakeholders and business managers

- Experience in monitoring/handling process like scheduling tool like Control Center and Autosys
- Experience in Ab initio migration and deployment
- Good knowledge in UNIX commands and shell scripting
- Experience of troubleshooting issues related to Ab initio.
