Senior Support Engineer Job In Aspire Digital Credit Card In India

ABOUT THE ROLEYou are the product expert to customers & internal Aspire teams You help users implement the product successfully and get the full value out of it, resolve client escalations, and drive for product improvements with the Tech team Accounting software integrations is your primary area of focus

• Project manage software integrations between Aspire & accounting software (Netsuite, Xero, other) for new and existing clients
• Be the PIC for all integration topics and resolve client escalations with clients
• Communicate with clients over phone & email as needed
• Conduct customer research and product analysis, present findings & surface key opportunities for improvements to contribute to the development of our product and processed
• Work closely with account management, onboarding, support teams to manage & serve our client base
• Provide feedback, create documentation, and help train other teams to provide first support to clients

YOUR PROFILE

• You have strong technical understanding & integration - You are either an engineer, or have a solid track record in a tech company You have extensive experience in managing software integrations
• You are a problem solver - You may have never faced a problem before, but you will know how to investigate the problem and find the best solution
• You are customer-obsessed - Putting yourself in the shoes of the customer comes naturally to you
• You are an outstanding communicator - Your replies are concise and clear.
  
  You are able to communicate clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
