Job Description:As part of our Customer Hub, we are seeking a Senior System Engineer (Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant) to join our team to help propel our customer's digital transformation journeys with human-centred design thinking and consultation It is such an exciting time as we build our CBA Customer Hub technology team, implement the Product Engineering model and continue our agile delivery principlesResponsibilities:

• Hands on configuration of solution designs and component-based Design & development via SFDC platform and ensure the solution is aligned with business goals and objectives
• Review requirements and ensure system functionalities & capabilities are future proofed and extensible by design via using Salesforce best practices and drive OOTB (out of the box)
• Translate the business requirements/processes into system qualities and high-level application component/interface design specifications and strategies that lead to modular development lifecycle of Salesforce
• Partner with the business product owners to document business processes that inform technical Salesforce specific user stories
• Collaborate with other internal applications teams to develop Integration solutions between other applications and our platform and complete detailed data analysis across Bank systems
• Create technical design documents
• Develop and maintain the platform CI/CD Pipeline
• Conduct peer reviews among the team
• Work in accordance with CBA Salesforce Practice Methodology and Standards
• Active participant of refinement sessions and Agile ceremonies Ability to manage deliverables, technical problems and accountabilities on large programs of work, while working collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent field
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform in particular, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and Digital Processing Automation, through experience or Salesforce Certifications
• 4 Years of Salesforce Experience as a Platform Administrator or Functional Consultant
• Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process
• Agile Delivery methodologies
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Apex, Visual Force Pages, API (Application Programming Interfaces) REST integration, Triggers, Eclipse IDE (Integrated Development Environment), Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) .
