Job Description (Posting)Responsibilities: Technical resource with 3-5 Years experience to provide development support of Oracle HCM Cloud Extensive Experience in managing Inbound and Outbound Interfaces and solution design Perform business requirement and RCA analysis, and coordinate with other HRIT teams, and to execute tasks requested for the modules Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management and Goals, HR, Payroll, Absences and RecruitingSkills/Knowledge: Highly skilled in supporting Oracle Cloud solutions focused on Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance & Goals) Strong experience with OTBI, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, User Defined Tables, Flex Fields, Value Sets and integration with external systems.
Good working experience with workflow configurations Experience in creating and maintaining functional design documentation, analysis root cause and fix support issues, prepare change request for solution migrations, perform UAT and conduct User Training for any requirements and development Experience in any incident/helpdesk management tools like JIRA, GLPi, and work with Oracle Support for any SRs Strong communication skills and ability to work independently (1.
