Our supplier quality engineers help transform design developments into real products Together with engineering, production, and strategic purchasing, they clarify: is this actually possible And: which supplier is suitable to manufacture which components Are you also interested in coordinating, clarifying, and explaining -as an active implementer in an innovative environment Join our team and expand your own horizonWhat part will you playIdentifying and selecting the automation test casesApplying various designs and documenting the automation test strategy and creating an automation test planAutomating the design of a frameworkSetting up a test environmentEngage in continuous automated and manual testing activity throughout agile development iterations to ensure zero defectsParticipate in iteration planning, providing input on required testing tasks, process, and associated effort for the selected user storiesProvide feedback and recommendations on software usability and functionalityBe a key participant in creating a quality first and zero defects cultureBe open & able to adapt new technology frequently & fairly quickly and start producing resultsMentor other team members and help them transform to an SDETDesign and develop automation frameworkFocus on API and UI testing automationFocus on CI/CD for several environmentsEnsure quality of design and code through design reviews/code reviews and help in building TDD/BDD culture in the teamBe updated on the latest testing techniques, strategies, testing tools/ test frameworksDesign the required test strategy in line with the scope and organization standardsWhat you need to make real what matters!Bachelor/master's degree in computer science or equivalent6+ years of testing experience with minimum 3 years as SDET or automationExpert in Python or Java/Type Script programming languageKnowledge of architectural styles and design patternsExperience in working any end to end testing framework , preferably WebDriverIO and CypressExperience in working any API testing framework , preferably Postman and NewmanExperience in working in an Agile team with hands on with TDD, BDDExperience of building CI/CD pipelinesExperience of working on AWS Cloud and DevOps (Terraform, Docker, ECS, etc) would be beneficialExperience of building scalable automation frameworksExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to be able to solve complex problems and critical production issuesWe've got quite a lot to offer How about youThis role is based in Chennai You'll also get to visit other locations in India and beyond, so you'll need to go where this journey takes you.
