We are now looking forAutomation - Test Specialist, Maintenance R&D Tribeto join our team of experts at the KONE Services & Solutions R&D You will work together with other professionals to test the advanced digital remote monitoring applications to monitor our escalatorsYou are passionate in testing the applications end-to-end in both manual and automation, CI/CD pipeline, always aiming for quality, speed (ie) on-time delivery, and testing practices optimization.

As test specialist you will work in a highly motivated team in charge to test the quality of the software application developedMain responsibilities

• Responsible for automation framework development using python and Squish
• Ensure overall Component SW quality before releasing to next level of testing
• Propose new tools/technique to develop the test automation capabilities further
• Responsible to manage the test environment for mobile app testing.
  
  
• Create understandable, simple, scalable, and best quality automation test cases to verify and validate the software quality
• Responsible for verifying and validate the software quality
• Should support the development team to release the software on time
• Implement the new technique and innovative idea to reduce the test execution time and improve test quality
• Report the software defect in acceptable way on time.
  
  
• Review the test cases

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering - EEE / ECE / E&I
• Minimum 6+ Years of Experience in Test Automation as Test case Developer from Mobile / Web / Cloud domain using Python
• Good knowledge and experience in test tools like Squish Framework, Jenkins, Jira, GitLab or Git
• Develop and maintain test environments preferrable to have Hardware knowledge.
  
  
• Maintain 5S & Safety work culture in Laboratory
• Experience in test planning and automation test case designing for Mobile SW application
• Experience in test library development using python
• Experience in test environment preparation for Mobile application testing
• Familiar with Linux environment.
  
  
• Good Understanding of SW testing cycle
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
