Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels About the RoleA Business Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all operations in their company They implement strategies to ensure productivity while also evaluating how well the business performed on various tasks within a specific time frame working in line closely with the Business leader Duties include identifying opportunities for growth in both current and prospective markets while also establishing goals and objectives concerning these prospects.

They do everything from developing comprehensive budgets to performing periodic financial analyses Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
• Assess overall company performance against objectives
• Represent the company in events, conferences etc
• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
• Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (eg people, material, equipment etc.

• Revenue Billing & Receivables management for resources
• Intercompany: Prepare Intercompany Billing & journal entries, FA forms by country & communicate to Country Finance
• Invoice Processing: Validation of procurement & SA resources invoices & submitting to finance team for processing
• MIS reporting- Prepare Financial dashboard, Monitor & highlight trending of costs & any risks to meet the financial objectives
• Manage monthly recharge of SG ITPS & DTI Vendor SA cost to initiatives, enhancement & BAU includes manual patching of timesheets
• Budgeting-Headcount budgeting by platform, tracking actuals to Budget/Forecast, monitor & highlight variances.
  
  
• Assist to Develop and implement guidelines and training to program and project team members on program/project standards, systems, tools and processes to encourage adherence and uptake
• Identify and implement collaboration tools and processes to streamline interaction with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements and skills

• 15 - 18 yrshands on experience in creating dashboard for management related to Business, Financial and Vendor Management
• MBA in Business Management or relevant field
• Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Drive and support strategic tech hiring
• Help management in tracking resources and managing as per budget
• Excellent stakeholder management locally as well as globally with leads
• Manage large programs end to end with good presentation skills
• ODC management and Governance
• Logistics support for large programs
• Prepare various matrices / Identify area to Automate
• IT &ITES technical experience
• Tech risk & controls knowledge and well versed with financial & vendor management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
