Familiarity with ITSM ToolsAs our new ServiceNow Developer you'll have the opportunity to: Development of ServiceNow focused on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Reporting & Dashboards, Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Contract Management, Custom Applications, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, CSDM, CMDB, SMS, Data Management & Mid Server setup and configuration Designing and developing custom applications Scripting - server-side scripts, developing Business Rules & UI Actions Involved in requirements gathering sessions with Stakeholders to assist with translating business requirements into user stories Writing design level, program-level and user-level documentation Management of foundation data - User Accounts, Approvers, Support Groups, Locations, Companies and Templates Implementation & configuration of Integration hub spokes Managing the release of applications and update sets between Production & Pre-Production instances Responsibility for system maintenance, monitoring and administration including managing user access and capacity Manage releases, upgrades, installations, integration and regression testing.
Experience of configuring and customising workflows and functions including forms, fields, views, reports and dashboards Modifying Security information and permissions Diagnose system issues, track bug fixes to resolution Manage system reporting, creating support documentation and delivering end-user training Interact regularly with the ServiceNow support & maintain a good relationship, managing escalations and requests Keeping up to date with ServiceNow product developments & new versions with knowledge of implementing new features and capabilities at paceStay connected with GVMS: https://lnkd.
