Information Blurb (30 second elevator pitch)We are looking for a Service Operations IP SME to join our IP Team in Noida This is an opportunity to support Fortune 100 companies during various phases of IP life cycle The Service Operations IP SME will work on projects such as performing standard essential patent analysis for different standards (for example, LTE, LTE-A, 5G, Bluetooth, WiFi) by understanding overlap between patents and technical standard documents Perform various other types of patent analysis, such as infringement search, product search, patent rating, claim charting etc We have a mix bag of team members with expertise in telecommunication, digital signal processing and audio/image/video processing.

- Work experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in IP services and especially working on standard essential patent analysis and patent infringement searches
- Educational background: bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering, major in tele-communication engineering
- Knowledge of US patent laws
- Essential skills: Standard essential patent analysis
- Willing to work on individual project as well as in a team environment
- Self-starter, meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
It would be great if you also had
- Knowledge of video/Audio codec technologies
- Telecom standard certifications
What will you be doing in this role
- Working on patent licensing projects
- Support our clients on patent rating, standard essential patent analysis, infringement search, claim chart, patent licensing studies
- Present the results of our findings and/or analysis to the client
- Effective communication skills
- Proactively learn about upcoming technologies
- Quality assurance - adherence and compliance to set quality standards ensuring customer requirement are met in full
- Comply with the policies of the organization
- Assist team onboarding new team members to the team.
- Identifying technical and non-technical training needs of the team, developing training material, and conducting training sessions on IP concepts, and patent licensing
