Job DescriptionThe Print Quality team, part of the HP Customer Support Transactional Category is responsible for defining and delivering a robust print product quality ecosystem Influence product service ability and prioritize product fixes thru data analytics, technology, proactive & predictive insights to improve quality and optimize cost To become part of the Print Quality team, you are an experienced program manager and data analyst that will help us identify and analyze complex product issues, define plans to address them to ultimately mitigate both customer impact and HP's cost Benefits of the positionThe team will support you throughout you journey and commit to growth mindset where trust, inclusion and diversity are key to have a productive and happy environment Being part of the Print Quality team, you will have the opportunity to spend 5% of your time to develop skills on key and future skills, and therefore your career.

ResponsibilitiesInterprets data and develops recommendations to optimize performance Independently develops plans to address issues and deploys them through different Customer Support teams Knowledge and SkillsDescriptive Diagnostic Predictive Prescriptive analytics Demonstrated project and program management skills .

The Art and science of Storytelling Education and Experience4-6 years of project and program management experience in complex cross-functional, virtual and multi country environments First level university degree advanced university degree or equivalent experience preferred PMP, Agile or other project management certification will be a plus Lean Six Sigma or other Quality certification will be a plus .
