Job descriptionAbout the departmentDigital Data & IT GBS (Global Business Service) was established in February 2010 as an integral part of Digital Data & IT in HQ (Head Quarter) From the beginning in 2010, the unit has grown to 800+ employees till date The main role of Global IT GBS (Global Business Service) is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management You will be a part of Cross IT Technologies team (xDD&IT Technologies) About the positionThis position holder will be responsible for managing ServiceNow Platform Integrations and its development, Incident & Problem Management, Onboarding and Change coordinator.

ServiceNow is a corporate solution/platform to manage Integrations HR, CMDB and ITSM process across all EVP areas and is a backbone of managing these processes within NN ServiceNow provides effective ways to manage IT support and delivery, including service request, incident, problem, change, release, asset, configuration management, analytics and reporting module This position holder will also need to collaborate with the Product Owner organization and Vendor organization and providing inputs towards simplifying & automating the integrations built across Key responsibilities

• Establishing and building Integration technology to integrate different tools/platforms with vendors
• Responsible for the integration setup with external suppliers (NNIT/Accenture)
• Designing and implementing as well as controlling, monitoring and further optimizing processes within ServiceNow
• End to end implementation of ServiceNow modules to different business areas
• Owner for Change Development and implementation process for ServiceNow
• Owner for Change Impact Assessment process for ServiceNow
• Supporting, Operating and ensuring maintenance of ServiceNow Enterprise Platform in full coordination with the NN business areas, external partners and suppliers

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor or similar graduate degree field in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration combined with additional relevant IT and business experience
• 10+ years of experience into IT industry or equivalent
• 6+ years working with experience in maintaining ITSM applications with respective support Process & Tooling knowledge, ideally on ServiceNow
• 3+ years within Integrations, primarily ONEIO
• 3+ years of experience into pharmaceutical industry

In addition, the right candidate also possesses the following qualifications:

• A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
• Experience with other ITSM software (BMC)
• Experience in System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, CSS etc.
  
  or open source toolkit Bootstrap
• Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Windows Shell)
• Experience with relational databases (eg MySQL, Oracle)
• Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with different cultures
• Organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule
• Handling Level 1 and Level 2 (Resolver Team) type Incidents and Service Requests
