(S)he identifies and optimizes the interdependencies between applications development and infrastructure operations through a collaborative approach to continuous deliveryIn this role, you will play a key role in driving the future of Access Management experiencesYou will have a blend of product vision, Access Management expertise and agile & scrum practice You will drive collaboration, transparency, and clarity between multiple teams, and functions, while cultivating a culture of user-centric designMain responsibilities:
- Drive value using agile IT life cycle management from product prototyping to development, deployment, and optimization
- Lead technical execution of product-related, end-to-end customer and business operations and experiences.
- Inform and influence relevant stakeholders to deliver and support successful DevOps functionality
- Partners with peers within Digital to drive the continuous improvement of service processes, user experiences, and application optimization in alignment with business stakeholders
- Ramp up in new technologies and skills enabling you to define patterns for DevOps in widely varied technologies from NET and Java, to SasS Solution, SAP, and even PowerBI reports and PowerApps (technologies to be confirmed)
- Act as lead system integrator to engage and align with business stakeholders and Digital on current business plans, strategies and future opportunities and developments, manage product escalations and maintain a sustainable DevOps platform
- Manage and influence key stakeholders across business and technology, to develop and convey product vision and unblock forward progress toward technical goals.
- Drive the development of a technical patterns and product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Manage the automated deployment and release pipelines to ensure updates and bug fixes are rolled out in a consistent, timely manner
- Continually monitor and refine the products and lead and influence the performing service management and expert opportunities to optimize use experiences
- Ensure that DevOps activities are executed in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc) and cybersecurity requirements
Experience:
- Significant Hands-On ServiceNow Implementation and Development experience
- At least 5 distinct implementations of various ServiceNow products and some custom application development experience under their belt
Soft skills:
- Aptitude being an advisor
- Ability to stop and think about whether what they are asked to do is the right approach
- Ability to speak up and make recommendations on better ways to achieve the same goal
- A winning attitude, obsessed by Employee Experience
- Have good, applied knowledge of Agile methods, frameworks, and tools

Technical skills:
- Hold ServiceNow certifications such as CSI, CAD
- Identity and Access Governance awareness is a plus to be able to understand what the goals of the project are and ask the right questions to drive the conversation forward
