Servicenow Implementation Lead Emea Job In Lenovo India Private Limited In Bengaluru / Bangalore, India

• Experience in ServiceNow development and configuration
• 10+ years experience in a technical project/program management role managing cross-functional projects, end-to-end implementation, and deployment
• Extensive experience in project/program management, resource management, scheduling, planning, deployment, support, and training
• Experience in managing change requests and prioritization in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent understanding of process management, improvement practices, change management processes, and operation services
• Should cover North America time zone to attend customer meetings and cadence.
  
  
• Works closely with regional customer transition teams and sales solution architects to review customer deal pipelines and build an implementation roadmap for the region
• Work closely with the technical solution architect to certify the deal scope and budget
• Experience managing multiple clients and a global client base with strong knowledge of Agile & SCRUM processes Experience in leading teams located in multiple regions would be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook
• Prepares Project Plan and Work Breakdown Structure in partnership with functional owners
• Requirements gathering and management, cost and material estimates, milestone schedule, risk & Mitigation plan, and communication management plans
• Coordinates the setup of overall project governance (eg.
  
  , project org charts roles responsibilities, RACI charts, communication/stakeholder management) required for each assigned project
• Manages execution of the project
• Acts as primary contact for the project Clearly articulate design, installation, and operational concepts and solutions to stakeholders
• Conducts recurring customer reviews addressing scope, schedules, issues, actions, risks and stakeholder expectations
• Prepares for and presents at appropriate project steering committee meetings
• The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, IT and support team to drive the lifecycle of implementation
• Ability to identify the implementation risk early, work out the mitigation plan and drive the change
• Experience in implementing solutions in Dynamics365 or any SaaS platform is an added advantage
• Techno Functional Experience in System Integrations will be added advantage
• Experience in Project/program management tools will be an added advantage
