Key responsibilities: The Solutions Manager will be responsible for : - Overall ServiceNow Practice strategy, consulting, and successful delivery of emerging technology solutions in ServiceNow by promoting and developing innovations in productivity and enhanced experience - Organize and ensure consistency for Business Demand, Management activities, request collection & prioritization - Ensure that Business counterparts are systematically conducting the needed activities related to User Acceptance Tests & introduction of new applications/functionalities as well as change management when needed - Define, oversee, and maintain ServiceNow roadmap in a way that supports effective strategic and portfolio governance Including best practices and standards for digital workflow design and development Governance and resource management Value management Innovation prototyping - Accountable to build best practices for the ServiceNow center of excellence including strategy, platform architecture and support, innovation and business engagement and delivery.
- Research and maintain awareness of the current and emerging processes, policy, and technology trends of various ServiceNow modules - Know the latest on the ServiceNow product roadmap and participate in release testing - Build a Training and learning roadmap for the development team to support the future needs of the organization - Lead continuous improvement program to evolve the practices on an ongoing basis Profile REQUIRED SKILLSET: - 10+ years of relevant work experience to include business/system requirements and technical analysis - 7+ years of deep experience on ServiceNow with accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products Mandatory experience on HR Service Delivery - Strong Implementation experience on all core modules of the ServiceNow - Ability to prioritize, escalate and lead efforts on complex customer requests - Experience working with agile teams on complex projects - Deep understanding of business and technology processes as well as software integration and implementation - Strong oral and written communication skills; including process documentation - Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management, and organizational skills - Experience managing projects/portfolios and understanding project success - The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and bring a willingness to learn through design thinking and execution - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to articulate and explain your design decisions
