Job Description SummaryBGGTS is a Joint Venture Company of BHEL and GE and is established since 1997 to address the after market needs of the region This role is for a Managing Director of the Joint Venture Company BGGTS In this role you are responsible to fulfill after market needs of 200+ GE Designed gas turbines operating in the region of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Mauritius As MD of the Company you are responsible for to run business operations in compliance with JV Charter and meet the expectations of Promoters, Customers and Employees of the Company This role reports to the Board of Directors and must maintain the balance of protecting the interest of both Joint Venture Partner Companies to propel the company forward in compliance to JV Charter.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

• ITR Responsibility of 200+ Turbines operating in the Region to deliver seamless integration of various functions across the organization to drive One BGGTS mindset in every interaction with customer
• Lead an organization with establishing a clear vision and navigating the organization and its promoters towards 3-5 years of strategic outlook without losing focus on yearly operations to enhance customer experience and driving zero defect mindset
• Lead and Maintain Executive Level customer relationships with CEO's, Directors / ED's to drive speed and simplicity in execution process to foster stronger, transparent & collaborative customer relationships centered around trust
• Plan and Deliver the Blue Print for the year with complete accountability on P&L keeping company financials and liabilities and
• Drive digital transformation in today's dynamic energy landscape and to develop better services and solutions for our customers to improve fleet reliability, availability, and efficiency
• Lead a cross Functional Organization including Finance, HR, Quality apart from Business Functions like ITR, Field Services and Repairs.
  
  
• Partner with Joint Managing Director and BHEL Directors apart from GE Directors to navigate the Organization
• Plan cost-effective operations to keep variable and Base Cost at an optimal levels in line with complexity of Operations

Required QualificationsBachelor's and or Master's Degree from an Accredited College or University with at least 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Manufacturing Operations or Services OperationsAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: Yes
